We Partner with Purpose, Not Volume

Indonesia Archipelago maintains a curated partner ecosystem. We are selective by design. Our partners are organizations and institutions that share our commitment to authentic representation, sustainable engagement, and long-term value creation.

We welcome applications from:

• Tour & travel operators with active Indonesia itineraries
• Cultural heritage institutions and academic bodies
• Export-oriented commodity and trade enterprises
• Digital media, content, and creative agencies
• Investment firms and development finance institutions

We do not partner with organizations whose practices conflict with responsible tourism, cultural sensitivity, or ethical business conduct.

Article 1 — Platform Rights & Editorial Authority

1.1 Indonesia Archipelago reserves the right to review, approve, or decline any partnership application without obligation to provide justification.

1.2 The platform retains full editorial control over all content published under its name, including co-branded materials, partner features, and integrated listings.

1.3 Partner listings, features, or integrations may be suspended or removed if the partner is found to be in breach of these terms, engages in conduct inconsistent with platform values, or fails to maintain agreed communication and deliverable standards.

1.4 Indonesia Archipelago reserves the right to update these partnership terms at any time, with notice provided to active partners no fewer than 14 days prior to changes taking effect.

Article 2 — Partner Rights & Obligations

2.1 Upon approval, partners are entitled to recognition within the Indonesia Archipelago partner ecosystem, including a listing in the Partners & Affiliates directory and agreed integration points within the platform.

2.2 Partners are obligated to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during and after the application process.

2.3 Partners must maintain brand conduct consistent with the platform's editorial and ethical standards at all times.

2.4 Partners are required to respond to platform communications within 7 working days and to notify Indonesia Archipelago of any material changes to their organization, services, or legal standing.

2.5 Partners may not sublicense, transfer, or assign their partnership status to any third party without prior written consent from Indonesia Archipelago.

Article 3 — Content Integrity & Ethical Conduct

3.1 All content contributed by or associated with a partner must be factually accurate, culturally respectful, and free from misleading claims, in alignment with the platform's publishing standards.

3.2 Partners must not use the Indonesia Archipelago name, logo, or platform association for purposes beyond the scope of the agreed partnership without prior written consent.

3.3 Content that promotes discrimination, misrepresentation of Indonesian culture or geography, environmentally destructive practices, or any activity in violation of Indonesian law will result in immediate partnership suspension.

3.4 Indonesia Archipelago is committed to the authentic representation of Indonesia's 38 provinces, its people, and its heritage. Partners are expected to uphold this commitment in all associated communications and activities.

Article 4 — Partnership Duration & Termination

4.1 Partnership agreements are valid for an initial period of 12 months from the date of onboarding confirmation, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.2 Renewal is subject to a mutual review of partnership activity, platform alignment, and updated terms acceptance.

4.3 Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice submitted via the official platform communication channel.

4.4 Indonesia Archipelago reserves the right to terminate immediately and without notice in cases of serious breach, including but not limited to: misrepresentation, reputational harm, or legal violations.

4.5 Upon termination, all partner listings, co-branded materials, and integrations will be removed within 14 working days.

Partnership Agreement Confirmation

By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and understood all partnership terms set forth in Article 1 through Article 4, and that the information you will provide in the application form is accurate and complete.

You acknowledge that submission of the inquiry form does not guarantee partnership approval. All applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of Indonesia Archipelago.
